Picabo Street is a former United States skier now living in Portland, Oregon. She first joined the United States Ski Team in 1989, at the age of 17.
Some of her honors include: 1994 Winter Olympics: Silver medal in downhill skiing, 1995 World Cup downhill series title (first ever by US skier), 1996 World Cup downhill series title, 1998 Winter Olympics gold medal in the Super-G, Inducted into the National Ski Hall of Fame
She has written an autobiography entitled Nothing to Hide. She made an appearance on the Nickelodeon show GUTS in 1994.
