Direct Sportslink secured Hank Haney for the City of Hope's evening event in Washington, D.C. Hank spoke for about 25 minutes, met guests and answered questions. During his Q and A he correctly picked the U.S. Open winner several days in advance and offered unique insight to the game of golf like only Hank Haney could - he was a big hit with this golf scentric group.
Thank you for working so quickly and effectively to secure Lee Corso for our event at Kiawah Island. Lee was a hit! Our guests enjoyed meeting him and hearing him speak. I look forward to working together again.
After-Dinner Guest Speaker - Q: Will the talent only give an After-Dinner speech or will they also sign autographs and mingle with the audience for pictures? A: Many of the After-Dinner sports speakers will sign autographs and take pictures with your guest for as much time as allows. This is usually done before and during dinner with the speech following. Q: How long will the talent speak? A: Generally, the speech will last approximately 30-35 minutes although some speakers can talk longer and a few will talk shorter. It is important to not have them speak too long so the audience can stay focused and entertained. Usually, the Q and A part of the guest appearance will last approximately 15 minutes after the celebrity speaking engagement.
