Kemba Hudley Walker, born on May 8, 1990, is a former professional basketball player and current player enhancement coach for the Charlotte Hornets in the NBA. Walker's basketball journey began at the University of Connecticut, where he played college basketball for the Huskies. During the 2010–11 season, he emerged as one of the nation's top players, finishing as the second-leading scorer and earning consensus first-team All-American honors. His leadership and clutch performances were instrumental in guiding the Huskies to the 2011 NCAA championship, where he was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.

Walker was selected ninth overall by the Charlotte Bobcats in the 2011 NBA Draft, marking the beginning of a successful professional career. Known for his quickness, ball-handling skills, and ability to score in crucial moments, Walker quickly became a fan favorite. He spent the majority of his NBA career with the Charlotte franchise, where he earned four NBA All-Star selections and solidified his reputation as one of the league's premier point guards. His time in Charlotte also saw him become the franchise's all-time leading scorer.

In addition to his time with the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets, Walker also played for the Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, and Dallas Mavericks. His tenure with the Celtics was particularly notable, as he helped lead the team to multiple playoff appearances. Walker's leadership and sportsmanship were recognized throughout his career, earning him two NBA Sportsmanship Awards. After his NBA career, Walker briefly played for AS Monaco in the LNB Élite, where he added a French league championship to his list of accomplishments.

Now transitioning into a coaching role, Walker serves as a player enhancement coach for the Charlotte Hornets, where he works to develop the next generation of NBA talent. His deep understanding of the game, combined with his experience as a player, makes him a valuable asset to the Hornets' coaching staff.
